- If you are an Employer or an Employee using our website, you must
accept & agree to our terms of usage only.
- The website facilitates mapping of probable employers & employees but
does not issue any validation certification/ experience certificate to our
registered members.
- Profiles can be flagged off, if we find any political or illegal
material associated with it. Under no circumstances can these profile be retained
again.
- We assure to keep our Employee’s and Employer’s data secured by
taking necessary precautions. However, we are not liable for any unauthorized
information access provided by any party whatsoever.
- Every member shall take warranty of their email address & contact
information being up-to-date and valid.
- Members must not impersonate or use a false identity that they do not
have an authority to use.
- StaffingHour is not liable for any form of damage or loss incurred to
the Member through use of Website. Such losses include financial, physical,
informational & data loss or damage.
- Our privacy policy is a part of the terms& Conditions, and by
agreeing to these, you consent on our mannerisms of handling your personal data as
detailed in the policy.
- StaffingHour reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at
any time without any prior notification.

jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
