StaffingHour promises quality assurance & discourages users from using its services if they do not comply with the Terms & Conditions as stated below:

  1. If you are an Employer or an Employee using our website, you must accept & agree to our terms of usage only.
  2. The website facilitates mapping of probable employers & employees but does not issue any validation certification/ experience certificate to our registered members.
  3. Profiles can be flagged off, if we find any political or illegal material associated with it. Under no circumstances can these profile be retained again.
  4. We assure to keep our Employee’s and Employer’s data secured by taking necessary precautions. However, we are not liable for any unauthorized information access provided by any party whatsoever.
  5. Every member shall take warranty of their email address & contact information being up-to-date and valid.
  6. Members must not impersonate or use a false identity that they do not have an authority to use.
  7. StaffingHour is not liable for any form of damage or loss incurred to the Member through use of Website. Such losses include financial, physical, informational & data loss or damage.
  8. Our privacy policy is a part of the terms& Conditions, and by agreeing to these, you consent on our mannerisms of handling your personal data as detailed in the policy.
  9. StaffingHour reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
  10. These Terms & Conditions subject to the Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
